I'm just saying, but this movie totally made it so that I felt safe sleeping again. After watching the entire Nightmare on Elm Street series, practically in a row, I was almost convinced that Freddy was real. Of course, this film just tells you otherwise. It turns out that Freddy had a daughter. Who was put in a foster home. And then became a doctor for troubled youth. Yep, that's right! A doctor was the daughter of Freddy.
I absolutely hated the parts of this movie that had Freddy scratching a blackboard. Worst. Sound. Ever.
I love the ending, the fact that ultimately Freddy can be pulled into the real world and killed. That definitely helped me sleep better at night. Of course, I always have been paranoid of things that go bump in the night....
